Buyer and Seller agree to terms

Either the Buyer or Seller begins a transaction with STL Trucking, Inc.

Buyer pays STL Trucking, Inc

The Buyer submits a payment by an approved payment method to our secure account, STL Trucking, Inc verifies the payment, the Seller is notified that funds have been secured ‘In Escrow’.

Boehlke Trucking, Inc ships merchandise to Buyer

Upon payment verification, STL Trucking, Inc sends the merchandise and submits tracking information.

Buyer accepts merchandise

The Buyer has a set number of days to inspect the merchandise and the option to accept or reject it. The Buyer accepts the merchandise.

STL Trucking, Inc pays the Seller

STL Trucking, Inc releases funds to the Seller from the Escrow Account.

Buyer rejects merchandise

The Buyer will be refunded in full amount within 24h, shipping back is free of charge.
